Both of those calibers are adequate for the animals that you have mentioned. Ammo for both is readily available, and both have been around a long time getting the job done. The '06 will kick a harder if you use the heavier loads (180 grains or more). The 130 grain bullet out of the .270 is a real deer killer, and the 150 grain will spoil the day for any elk or bear out there. If you hit any of those animals in the same RIGHT place with either of those calibers, they won't know the difference because they will be very dead! This is really a toss up. The good news is that with just these two to choose from, you just can't go wrong, period. (50 years of hunting and shooting experience with both those calibers are behind this response.)
