I have an area which I am hunting where I know there are does. Im not sure if there is a buck or not but there have been bucks that come to this area in the past and if the does are here I dont see why they wouldn't be. This is southern maine and I dont know how full swing the rut is yet. I have a primos can doe in heat call and then a 7 in 1 tube call. Im not sure what would be the best call to use right now. I do have a doe tag for this area so if a good sized girl comes walking ill be goin home with it. Although this is my first deer I dont want to pull a 6 month old deer out of these local woods so the deer population keeps back there. If from what ive said you guys think there could be a buck then I'd love to get it buck a doe would be great. any advice on what call I should use? how many calls in a row i should use? and how often should I call? Also will a doe come to the sound of my can call of another doe in heat? thanks or any other tips or tricks would be awsome. Thanks to all.
Last question, I have 3 scents, buck urine, tinks 69 doe in heat, and a sweet acorn smelling scent. which would be the best and what will each attract?
Thanks again all of you that have answered my questions thus far are awsome and I hope yall continue to answer them so well
