I don't know how many of you have heard
but beef prices are going out the roof very very soon! I just got a call from a co-worker he has a 1/4 black angus left for sale. I told him I'm in even though I got a 1/4 in from him last July. I pay $2.00/lb and about 90.00 for processing which comes out to less than 3.00/lb. This is a small 10 head/year retired farmer and his beef is very good. Timing is everything in life and a good steak is hard to beat. :yes:
