Well said Joel.. Try not to get caught up in all the drama and remember what we are celebrating..
X2 joel, many have forgotten the true meaning of Christmas. Hope all is well with you!
Everyone needs to take a lclose ook at the word Christmas, especially the first 6 letters. He's the reason for this season. When I see those that replace "Christ" with an "x" if deeply saddens me. To all of you, Merry Christmas.
Try this!

If you really want to celebrate the reason for the season, our family has agreed to exchange presents etc before Dec 15th then we can concentrate on the birthday of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Then for ten days you can teach your children and grandchildren to praise and worship the correct
Person. Just a thought, i thought I'd throw it out there for what it is worth.
Our Lord and Savior is an awesome God!
Merry CHRISTmas,

i think what this countery has done to chistmass is totaly sad. first we commershalized it, then it was no longer PC to say marry cristmass, not people get a ton of crap for chistmass decorating. city fire fighters houses arent even allowed to have a manger, or cross decoration. and our POTUS declaires that "this is no longer a cristan nation." all this makes me verry sad. so im not going to be PC hear and say marry CHRISTmass to all the members of this site.
This past Sunday was my Church's Childrens Christmas Program. The theme for the program was, "Why was Christ born." A lot of emphasis is placed on His birth at this time of year, but lets not forget the reason for which His birth occurred. A lot is said about the baby wrapped in swadling clothes, but he didn't stay a baby forever. He was sent to earth with one purpose.

I found this to be very interesting to think about. As much as a birthday celebrates a birth, it also celebrates a life. As we celebrate His birth, lets also celbrate the reason for his life. I hope this helps someone fully appreciate the meaning of CHRISTmas.

Merry CHRISTmas to you All!
