1lb ground meat browned (seasoned to taste w/salt,pepper,garlic&onion powder)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of mushroom stems and pieces
8 oz sour cream
1/2 to 1 cup whole milk
1 bag of egg noodles

Brown & season meat in skillet, drain if needed, over medium heat add soup, sour cream, and mushrooms to meat stirring often. Boil noodles per instructions on package and drain. Use milk to thin meat/gravy mixture if needed. Pour gravy over noodles and serve...............PS: a little red hot added to your bowl really adds something

Thanks OH!

Just picked up the meet from the first little doe that I got and was looking for a good recipe for the ground venison.
