I would bet there is no exit hole, your lead is probably in one of the hind quarters, but I could be wrong. But if you hit center chest you more than likely got one of the lungs, possably could have clipped the heart, defanatly went into the guts and that could caz issues with the meat, that deer did not go far and I would go find it with a flash light, if it would had been a broad side shot I'd say ok wait till light but caz of the gut shot I would want to field dress that deer out ASAP.
With the high chest shot and I'm thinking no exit wound it would probably take about 20 yards before the blood would make it out of the front hole enough to drip on the ground ( keep in mind it only takes that deer like 3 or 4 seconds to run that after shot) but with that kind of shot I wouldn't think that deer would make it 60 yards
