went out and pulled my stands today because they are cutting in there. hope it doesn't change things to much. here are 4 climbers, a lock on, and clinbing sticks i pulled from about a mile in.

quite a work out. then i grabbed my ladder with another lock on.

Nice setup. Looks like a Summit on top. I love Summit climbers.

yea i've gone over in my head about ten times all the different places i had stands out to remember if i took them down or not. lol i'm pretty sure i have. i picked up 4 climbing sticks from wally for $25 a piece the other day and the 2 i got last year, so there are 6 lock ons i could hang next summer not counting my strap on steps. if i were to guess, now i have 2 ladders, a dozen lock on, and 6 climbers....i think... then i have 2 popup blinds. one thing nh does have is plenty of places to hunt. i don't put them all out but if i need one its there and less chance of burning out a stand.
love them summit climbers.

i can live in that summit goliath
I have a summit python xls. I love it. First stand I've been able to sit in for 5 hours and both legs still have feelings in them. ha. It's really comfy.
G
the other 3 climbers are from wal-mart but i cut out the fish net and replaced it with a sling seat. they are just as comfy, spent 22 hrs one weekend in one, and actually lock to the tree better when in use. so its $260 for the summit and the gorillas I got $65 each into. i tried a buddy's api and i like the summit or the ones i modified way better.
I just picked up a used summit for $125. That only puts my stand total to 5 and I thought I was getting to many. Ronn you have made me feel better about my purchase!

Its nice to have the multiple options.
G
yes it is. easier to play the wind with more options and less chance of burning a stand out.
The last time we had a 40 ac timber block cut ..My father in law had them leave the tops on the ground and the deer loved it..
I didn't know were i was for the first year,, but it was good hunting..LOL
