I decided to change my sight pins. I know it's pretty late to be changing my set-up. I had 20, 25, 30, 35 pin sets. My bow is fast enough to eliminate the 25 yd pin. I'm not a 40 yd shooter and don't know if I simply want to have 2 pins 20-30 or set the 3rd pin for 35?? I like things simple with shooting so I may just go to 2 pins. Not sure yet.

I havent been shooting but a couple of years, and the first year wasnt very much, but i have a 20 30 and 40 yard pin on my setup but i havent ever used the 40 (even in practice) and the area I hunt i would rarely use a 35...

if your bow is fast enough i set one pin at 25 good to 45yds.i shoot a mathews reezen 28in draw.set at 70.setting one pin at 25 you have to remember youll be a little high at anything under 15yds.one pin at 25 gives you the most leeway.

I have 2 pins on my site. first one is for point blank to 40 yds second is good out to 50yds. and I do have some shooting lanes that are clear to 50 yds.

Hunting Man, its not too late, as long as you are confident with the changes.

I use 5 pins. 13, 23, 33, 40 and 50. The theory is that the 13 yard pin will put me in the vitals from 10-16. The 23 will put me in the vitals from 20-26 and the 33 will from 30-36. When it comes to 40 and 50 yards its a bit more drop. I know I can do it out to 50 yards, I would much rather have it come in closer though.
