I was going to saute some venison steaks with some onions and peppers the other night but could not find either in the freezer. There was a bag of frozen corn and if onions and peppers work why shouldn't corn. I cut the venison steak into thin strips and sauted in olive oil with the corn. I put on some chili powder to spice things up. It turned out pretty good, the corn gets a little chewier than normal but it tasted great.
