It is a very nice looking pistol. I might be interested if it was in 9mm, 45 is to expensive to shoot.
about $2.00 more a box

.45 expensive too expensive to shoot??? I got a pistol to use for concealed carry and 9mm "ain't enough". .40 cal or .45 cal is the only way to go.

People keep forgetting why the military went to the M1911 in .45 cal when going "back" to the 9mm that they are using today. The .38's the Army used to carry weren't enough to stop the Moro Indians in the Philippine Islands. Hopped up on drugs, the .38's were no match for charging Indians with spears and machetes. A 230 grain .45 round was a definite "cure" for that issue.

For giggles and grins - the Ruger Blackhawk I have in .357 Magnum came with a spare cylinder chambered for 9mm. I have fired .38, .357, and 9mm through it.
Sadly, we dont have the option to carry concealed here in WI. We can open carry though. Around here, 9mm FMJs are a little less than $10, .45 FMJs are around $17.
Wow I pay about $12 a box for .45 here it not the best ammo but for practice they work fine my carry ammo I pay around $20
