Saw a black bear and took these. He was kind of far but the 2 bottom pics I tried to get a little closer. Using a normal digital camera with no major zoom capability.

thats a big black bear.i hear the DEC is thinking of opening up a lot of new areas for black bear.seems the population has really grown
