Well here in ky the fall turkey with archery fallows the deer season, so I do keep a turkey call with me and yes as the leafs build up on the ground it's imposaible to not make a noise but if you stop and hit a few cluck n purs along the way, they'll never think twice, but of corse that's only good going in for the evening. As far as morning I just go slow, a coon is loud but slow... After most of the leafs have fallen I do go in and rake the trails out, even the deer use my trails after I rake them.
lol nice i did that last year and to my surprise a little doe had a bedding spot about 10 feet from it i dont know if she patternd me or what but i was able to sneak right past her if id have known she was bedded their it would have been her last
