No pentax experience for me. Finding good quality lower priced scopes is good for all of us when we are broke and in need of a scope. Let us know how it works out.
new scope
I did something that is only the second time in my life, I purchased a lower end scope and hope it works out. I couldn't afford to spend the bigger bucks this time, so I got a Pentax gamekeeper (I think its called) in 4x12x40 for the Win 88 in 308 cal. Sportsman's guide had them for a song and dance (well under $100.00) like 84.00 with shipping plus you get $20.00 in cash coupons. so we'll see. It's a bullet drop model maybe it will give me a several years of service. Anyone use Pentax products and what's the service been? Thanks.

When I bought my 30-.06 at auction it came with a bushnell scope on it. So I have no experience w/the pentax... good luck with it though
