Hey everyone. So the landowner is really trying to lease this property before he loses it in May. So, he has agreed to lower the lease price from $1500 to $1000. See description below:
I have a nice 103 acre parcel just in time for deer season. Located in central Butler County, this is a seasonal lease will run until Feb. 15, 2010. Nice pond on northern border of property. No crops on this property all grass and thick vegetative cover. Great trails around entire property make anywhere easily accessible and great to move deer along the tree lines. Currently all surrounding fields outside the property are also grass except the field in the SE corner is a bean field. This property is within city limits and is considered an urban zone.
