200 acres with good timber on the Missouri River. This property has two waterfowl blinds. One is do it yourself and the other is a seat in the Peru Duck Hunting Club. It also has two spots on the river for camping and fishing. These spots are big enough to pull a camper in or pitch a tent. During hunting season members have use of a cabin on the property. This is truly a mixed bag property!
