I would like to know what you guys with the handgun knowledge think about the Sig SP 2022 model. I won a gun auction today for one of these in 40 cal new in the box out the door for $341.00. I don't know much about it except it is probably their bottom basement model but heck it still says Sig arms on it. This will for now be my concealed carry. If anyone has an opinion :nerd: please let me know what you think on this model. It will be a week before I see it. The dealer has several of these on the auction site and is located in PA

not bad about $160 off msrp. it is a lower model, but it is a SIG.I had one a few years back until I moved up to the P-226. The only thing I didnt like about the 2022 is its a little bulky and not really for ccw

thanks Hellbilly for the reply. I thought the price was pretty good and I don't burn up a lot of ammo so it should be ok for my needs. It comes with a second grip and I'll see which one fits me the best.

I had to stop at my dealer's shop to get a FFL to send with the payment so he checked his dealer cost on the Sig and it was $358.00, so I feel pretty good on the price end of things. The shop in PA must be a high end seller to get his price down that low or he's making up profit on ammo sales which he does a lot of also. Anyway I should have it next Tuesday.
