would depend on the price to me to consider a purchase.. I think the Knight line of rifles are pretty decent quality.

How old is it and is it scoped? Take a good look down the barrel and make sure it's all nice and clean. Is it 209 primer fired if not I'd pass on it. If scoped and 209 and all is nice $150 is probably fair. Try to get all the goodies with it.

With the 209 conversion the price would be at what a new ml rifle would be. Unless it has a fairly nice scope on it, smart money says maybe get the price down some more or look for another good buy. Just my own take on this. For comparison, I just purchased a TC Omega in the box for $210.00 with the weathershield barrel and Realtree apg stock.
