Great on your gut in my book. Some of the most healthy meat you can eat. If Americans were on a Venison diet we would all weigh a lot less.

Call me a hippy but I'm starting to get into this no preservatives, organic, stuff and farmers markets. And YES, it tastes better. LOL.
