I've only heard of costco.. never been to one though. Sam's club is what we have here... but it's about 35 miles from my house! We frequent that one about every two months. nothing wrong with our sam's club...
Is Costco worth it?
Costco is similar to a Sam's Club. Supposedly better and treats their employees better as well.

We buy at Costco, we're always able to find good deals in there. I don't know what the atmosphere is like between the Costco Company and their employees
but the employees are generally nice and helpful which usually indicates they're pretty happy with their jobs.
