Increseing youre damage and fps.
how do you accomplish this besides upgrades?.

It depends on what you already have. it could be as simple as changing arrow weight and or broad head.
losing a kisser button.
tweaking the bow limbs to get maximum draw weight.

Starburstdan, if you want to give us your set up maybe we can be more specific. You got some good starters from above post. FPS isn't always the answer just one part of the pie.
