Gfdeputy is with me! there's nothing wrong with american idol. in fact, the beginning of the show is the funniest. that's where you get to see the ones that are so horrible and they don't know it! I would not be watching it now if there weren't 2 country singers on there with a good shot to win.

you say that like its a bad thing. this maybe hard to belive but even when i type something on hear, i re read it to make sure i did not swar. come on man i was active duty airborne infantry. i still speek "grunt". i drop f bombs like its going out of style. iv actualy been told to try to watch my mouth by a trucker. i dont think that makes me a bad person, and i try to watch it when in the company of people it offends. but when i am in a place i feel comforable, if there were a swar jar, i could go though more $$$ than bill gates could pay.

To me it is... I'm ex-military as well but choose not to cuss. I'm not judging anyone for cussing. If you cuss and are ok with it, that's fine. I just choose not to. Plain and simple.

What I actually meant was, I enjoy watching shows that don't leave you with a ringing in your ears from all the bleeps.

I'm not one of those people who gets all uptight about cussing in front of me. I'm not like that... Now, cussing in front of my wife and kid... YES then we have a problem.

na i get what you are saying, if the shows on at say 10 pm why do they need to bleep it out. at that time there are no small kids watching, so if you dont like the swaring then dont watch kinda thing, but no one likes the bleeps. and yes around wifes and kids i do my best not to swar.

That girl that sings in spanish all the time got eliminated and get this... they let you sing ONE MORE SONG to see if the judges want to use their "SAVE" card on you. The judges only get ONE save card per season. Well this chick gets up there and sings and half of it is in SPANISH!?!?! Comon',,, really? A M E R I C A N Idol. Did she not get the memo? Now I don't go so far as to actually vote on them,, but if I did I sure wouldn't vote for a spanish singer.
