For any gun season, safety is #1 so hunter orange is probably required by your state. I would pick a nice spot overlooking deer trails, swamps, saddle between two hills/mountains, anywhere I can could get a good look at probable deer movement areas and sit down. Unless your clothes are a non-UV deer will see you, period,especially if you are moving. Let others push deer into you or let the deer follow their natural movements and set for an ambush point. I would wear whatever you have for the weather you will encounter and have the orange jacket as your outerwear. good luck and have fun.
