Hunting Clubs

I am interested in starting a hunting club here in Wisconsin. I am just tired of showing up opening day on public land, only to see somebody 10 ft from my stand. Any suggestions as to doing this? Purchase/lease? Amount of land? Any help given would be greatly appreciated. :coffee:

i don't know about wisconsin but in north carolina we have a land lease and it's 2,500 acres we have a total of 25 members and they are aloud one guest at a time guest fees are $40.00 a day to hunt and days they don't hunt like sunday is $10.00 member ship fees are close to $800.00 a year hope this helped with something
