I've come to the same problem, too many years of concrete work have finally caught up to me, I can still draw mine but it is really hard. A while back Natchez Shooters Supply had Barnett Quad 400's for $318, they are a little more now, but I test shot one and it seemed fine to me and I could cock it just fine with a $20 cocking rope. They come in a package with a 4 arrow quiver, 4 arrows, and a 4x-32mm scope. 345 fps, really fast! Way cheaper than a good compound these days!!
