gun value question

Is a gun designed for left-handed shooters more or less valuable than the same gun in a right handed version.

The gun in question is a lefthanded 30-06 savage 111, wood stock, pre-accutrigger.

Robert20,

First question to ask is, why put a rifle question under the Handgun Hunting section??

But to answer the question, have the same model rifle in .270 Win. (Well, the only diff would be the composite, not wood, stock) Paid the same at the gun shop as I would have for a right handed version. If you're trying to sell it, you're now dealing with a minority of hunters. Value is in the eyes of the beholder. If you've kept the gun in a safe and hardly used it, then its value will be more than a well used and somewhat worn rifle.

My $.02 worth anyway . . .
