I have been taking my time processing last weeks harvest since (he aint going anywhere), still have some cutting to do yet and already the freezer is starting to look really nice. my goal this season though it my be high or unrealistic is 6 deer. I would like to have ample venison to try my hand at some jerky and sausage. if the temps get down like they are supposed to and stay it will free me up to take doubles the same day.
