I went for my first horse ride of my vacation yesterday. Great weather, great ride. Saw a herd of about 40 elk on the way back. Also, entered my name on the roster for elk and deer damage control hunts last week. Occasionally, when they get into farmers/ranchers fields, they ask FWP to bring hunters in to help out. It's a bit of a long shot, but doesn't hurt to enter that stuff.
