I recently made a wood deer feeder. Now I need something to put into it. I was thinking corn. Is that a bad idea? If I do go with corn should I get cracked corn or whole corn? If have any other suggestions besides corn tell them.

Use whole corn in feeders. If you can find blackeyed peas or soybeans in bulk the deer like them too.

Try using pelletized feed, it is high in protien and minerals deer need. Purina and Record Rack are just a few choices out there.
