Hello i just bought a cva accura this year with the bergera barrel. anyway i cannot get this gun to shoot consistantly. at first i tried the powerbelts at first cause they were reccomended to me. i shot the platinum, i think 270 grain with triple 7 magnum powder and 150 grains of powder. my goal is 2 inch groups at 100 and so far best i can get is 5 inchers from a perfect bench rest. my goal is long range, 200 to 250yd shots and i really need good groups to be able to reach out and touch them consistantly. help me!!! thanks Ken Clark

I think If I were you I might want to reduce the powder to approx. 100 grain and I might drop the bullet weight down to approx. 250 grain.
Muzzleloaders are a little harder to Zero in But with a little work at the range trying different bullet / powder combinations you'll be able to get into the vital zone... Good Luck
