I heard that the Pennsylvania Game Commission was going to pass a law in PA where anyone can use a crossbow. It use to be that only handicapped hunters could.Im not sure if this is true if anyone knows if this is true please tell me.

dont ya get a regs book when ya buy a license in pa?but yes they did pass that law and scopes too i believe

Yes Crossbows are now legal to use during the Archery season in Pennsylvania BUT be sure to know the RULES before using a Crossbow.

In Pennsylvania...
A crossbow must have a peak drawn weight of at least 125 pounds; there is no maximum. A bolt must be equipped with a broadhead that has an outside diameter or width of at least 7/8 inches with at least two cutting edges on the same plane throughout the length of the cutting surface, and shall not exceed three inches in length measured from the tip of the broadhead to the point that fits against the bolt.
