As this deer season is winding down, I am now preparing for coyote/fox hunting. My hunting will be in the southeastern side of MI, have a .22-.250, but the area available is usually 75 yards or less.
So I am looking for some input to shotgun loads! I currently use a xxx full choke, with # buck (3" 12 ga.). Keep in mind I have not yet shot a fox or coyote yet. These animals have so far made fun of me, I have caught some glimpses of my calling, but I am trying to get better at closing the deal.
So any tips, pointers, do's, don'ts, would be greatly appreciated and put to practice!
Thanks, and happy hunting!
