Well I commented on a deer roast in the recipe area someone asked about but my number one hard to beat is
fried back straps
Cut in thin strips
Soke cuts in milk in fridge for about n hou
Batter in ky kernel season flour
Serve with white gravy as a dipper and mash potatoes and of corse a cold budweiser.
I will some day. I hate writing recipes because I don't use any. Three times a year I have to do a cooking column and I procrastinate like a borrowed dog when it comes time to do one. That is what that picture came from.
