I hope everyone had a great Deer hunting season. My nephew wants to head out with me next year after Deer. With my Sons in college I didn't have partner this year. I am going to surprise my nephew with his first rifle. It will be fun to see his face when I give it to him.

That sounds great! We purchased a rifle for the oldest granddaughter this fall, a Ruger American Compact in .243. She did well with her safety and rifle instruction and was soon at the range shooting both a .22LR and her new .243. It was very cool to watch her reaction after her first shot with the .243 and then see her reaction as she went 9 for 9 with the .22 & .243 on a 12" gong at 100 yards.
