I think most of us are hunters first here and shoot to zero a gun in and then to make sure its ready for the next trip. Not too many are going to tinker with them day in and day out, with TC you don't have too. As far as someone making a living fixing things, I just had my 2010 Chevy back to the dealer to do some warranty work does that mean that Chevy trucks shouldn't be purchased. FG, it must be terrible always being an underdog supporter, the pressure has to be down right miserable. It's got to get to you at some point? Like when a outranked opponent steps into the ring against the undisputed champian and is going to get his butt kicked everytime, that's the take I get from all the CVA stuff. I also know that as a moderator I tend to push things a bit when I think something is factually untrue, but fair and balanced like Fox News I try to do my best. TC TC TC TC, Knight, Traditions, Lyman, .......CVA

to me its not a game of competition, i go out and shoot because i enjoy it and love being able to play with things to see if it can be better. Hunting is also my #1 passion, thats the reason i shoot these smokepoles, love waking up and going out in the mountains during the cool september air.

I love walking the mountains. I go out every day either hunting, or just running the dog.

I've been out in some nasty weather, but my dog doesn't understand if we miss a day. It's actually a good thing. No matter how bad the weather is during hunting season. I'm used to it.

Muley, me too. probably have owned more that a dozen or more ML'ers over the years and still have several in the vault, but I seem to pick up the TC ones the most. However, the one I (like) shooting the most is a 54 self built full stock flint Hawken. It's getting on the heavy side now for me but it will shoot well if I do my end of things. Flintlocks, shooting black powder now that's ML hunting!

havent hunted with centerfire in so long, they are to boring for me.

Although my mosin nagant will go hunting one of these years.

I just prefer the smokepoles.
i feel the same about ml's. haven't hunted with one from a number of years now. i prefer the bow. rifles for me is one hole, shooting weak hand, or 500+ yards.
