I about fell out of the tree yesterday while trying to get my stupid heavy tree stand pulled up there. I went through and lowered all of my stands in the last month to between 8 and 16 feet. This was my last one, and after doing all the others I guess I got lazy and didn't bring the harness (well...for the last few). Needless to say, that's when it happens. Just a friendly reminder to be careful, take your time, and use the proper safety equipment to protect yourself when getting up in a tree for any reason.
