TX - Military Discount

i recenly enlisted in the united states army and i saw you can get a discounted or "free" license was wonderin if anyone new aboput that

They darned sure do here in Texas, but only for "active" military. Us old retarded (oops, sorry) retired folks don't get any such breaks.

I remember my dad not being exactly enthused when he found out I had joined the Army. He was career Navy during the Vietnam era and actually got spat upon going through airports in uniform.

I am glad that most of America has finally realized it's not the folks in uniform that are the bad guys. We (military) only do what our civilian leaders tell those in the Pentagon to do.
