im looking to smoke the ribs from my young doe i got them cut into 2 halves .i want to smoke em in the smoker then use a bbq sauce any hints ,pointers.Im new to smoking veni .Ive always done fish and that requires soaking in brine overnite

No experience in the smoking ribs category but dang that alone sounds good as heck. I say give it a shot but you may get a response from an old smoker with some serious recipes.
