Sorry, but the AR platform just doesn't do anything for me.

Carried one, fired one, slept with one, did just about everything with one for the better part of 21 years. But then again, to each his/her own.

I'd have to say that my reasoning might be very similar. I simply saw them so much (although it was not normally my assigned weapon) throughout my Army career that I'm simply tired of seeing them now...lol. :shocking:
