6.5 Grendel is an awesome cartridge. I plan on picking one up sometime this year. It will have no problem taking down a deer from 10 yards to 700 yards (although I wont recommend you shoot a deer that far out).

And I like the 6.5 Grendel I just wish they made a subsonic round so if I did have to use it in house I wouldnt have to worrying as much about its penetration abilities.

You might want to rethink that.

A supersonic 5.56x45 round will penetrate less than a handgun round and 12 gauge buckshot (depending on what bullet it is loaded with of course).
