Bidding on a really clean Savage 99 in 250-3000 cal. I've wanted one for a long time and this one is nice. I believe its a 1950's era rifle. The only drawback (not factory) on it, it was drilled and tapped for a scope which I would put on anyways. Still the value is pretty high. Don't know where my bidding will stop?? If by some chance I would win it, it's going to PA and see how that wildcat round does.

Some additional info, the little round will push a 100 gr bullet at 3000 fps, and very accurate round. Really on par with a 257 roberts round.

I really enjoy the old stuff. Savage 99's are great rifles for today's hunting. I'd also like to add a Winchester 88 in 308 if I can save another $1000 some day.
