The bigger the better
2 1/2" rages
Depending on the outcome of the prototype testing now being conducted, there my soon be rages with a 2 1/2" cutting diameter.

I personally think that there is a point when there is too much cutting diameter. At a certain point a bigger blade will only mean it has more chances to hit a bone and not go all the way through or give a bad deflection to the arrow when it does.
