I moved to Kansas in 2010 and with minimal, one day, scouting was able to take a beautiful 10 point on opening day of the season on walk in property. This state does a lot to make hunting available....

Got it figured out. I had no Idea about .308 ammo I guess. I had .308 Marlin Ammo. Went this morning and bought some Remington Core-lokt ammo .308 WIN. It chambers and Cycles fine. Thanks for the help

Update and Fustration

Took the .308 out to sight it in, The bolt would not cycle. With out ammo it goes in and closes. With Ammo it goes in chambers the round but will not cycle closed. Handle stays up. Any Ideas?

It is the Mossberg ATR 100 comes with a 3X9 scope that does fine on the .243 i bought last year. If it doesnt perform Ill likely grab a bushnell banner to replace it with.
