If you follow the industry, Remington appears to be getting out of the reloading component business. While their primers and cases still seem plentiful, the Core-Lokt bullets are starting to disappear. MidwayUSA has "discontinued" posted on almost every size/weight of Core-Lokts that they used to carry, only .224" seem to be left. Same at Cabela's, which used to be my go-to spot for bags of Core-Lokt blems. No more. I have been stocking up wherever I can in the calibers that I reload. But truly 'tis a sad day....

It will be devistating if hornady gets out

I remember reading over 20 years ago that Hornady makes the largest number of bullets in the largest number of calibers. I have never reloaded using Rem Core-locks but I have loaded thousands of Hornady and Nosler bullets. I always have waited for Federal to offer the Fusion bullets in components, 165 gr .308 cal please.
