Actually, I know the same only. I have asked my friend about this and he also had the same opinion.

SO in Virginia to hunt with a muzzle load it must be 45 caliber or larger, BUT my friend said if its a 44 caliber with a diameter for a .451 or .454 that passes for a 45 caliber, is this true,
i know its probably a stupid and simple question but i have no idea and want to make sure hes not bsing me
