Well night one is 6 days late... but better late than sorry! Beautiful night in the low 70's hoping to see some movement. Facing Southwest with a West-northwest wind. Here's the view from my new API stand. Still not very impressed with this stand or API. Already rust showing on my stand I just hung 2 wks ago.

GFD2, good luck tonight on the new area. I am starting to get stuff together for next week's trip to Michigan for a bow hunt. While I do not have a smartphone, I know I know, I hope to get a few pictures and have a success story to post. I like to set a couple of stands just to have a change of view to ease the mind when things are slow. Sounds like you have a few local areas lined up!!

HM don't rush into the smartphone I sometimes wish I never got one
they are very handy but I am constantly changing settings on it depending on what I am doing
Last night was more of a scouting trip so I was not expecting much looks like it will be a real good area once the leaves start falling. Not thick but a lot of saplings but the oaks are pleantiful & acorns were dropping like crazy.
