Like this idea for lighted nocks!

Just heard a comment from this You Tube video that makes a case for not having your arrow pass through. Lighted arrow nocks! Like the man says, "it was like a beacon in the woods" in tracking his downed deer!

HM 100% agree with you Nothing better then a good blood trail I do use nocturnal lighted nocks mostly because how fast the new bow shoots I can track my arrow in flight a ton better & arrows at $150 a doz It hurts when you cant find them

Lighted nocks don't don't do enough to tip the scales in the shooters favor to make them worth the added expense on the hunter.
Most of todays bows achieve pass thru shots, would be nice if the arrow left the blinker on the deer as he bound off rather than just glowing on the ground near the point of impact.
There have been a lot of improvements along the way but Archers have been harvesting game animals for many many years without adding all these additional gadgets being sold today.
Some gadgets are extremely helpful and worth the purchase and some are just excellent creative ideas that don't do enough to compensate for the costs, at least that's how I see it.
