Got the cam in the mail on Friday and put it out yesterday after church. It was very simple to set up and reminded me alot of the moultrie cams. I love the feeling of a new trail cam. Hoping it's a good one that will last for awhile.
Does anyone currently use the cams that email or text you photos? I think this is REALLY cool, but the big downside is you have to pay a mobile phone cost for this luxury. From what I've seen, you can get access for $70 for 6 months. That is just too steep for me. $140/year (if you run them year round). Plus the $500+ up front cost of the trail cam. I think I'll wait 10 years before they are the norm and they are a heck of alot cheaper.... :)
Will keep you posted on the new cam. Going to check it Friday evening.
