The Moultrie Digital 4.0 Game Camera is a great purchase for monitoring game movement on your hunting lease. You can purchase one of these cameras for under $100.00.
I could not believe the quality of the pictures that I got off my camera. You can view them on your computer or you can view them on your T.V.
Some of the features on this camera are:
- 4 megapixel resolution
- Infrared sensor
- 45′ flash range
- 3 resolution settings
- 16mb internal memory
- Still image or video capture
- Laser and infrared aim for quick set up
- Quick trigger option
Their are many game cameras on the market now and run in all price ranges but for the money the Moultrie Game Camera is the best that I have seen. This camera will run off a 6 volt battery or 6 D batteries depending on which model you get. The one I have takes the 6 volt battery and it will last about 2 weeks and I will have hundreds if pictures.
Good luck and Good Hunting…
Some Other Reviews from Trail Cameras
Wildgame Innovations IR-4 Trail Camera
The wildgame Innovation IR-4 Trail Cameras are a true waste of money. The first one I bought worked fine for about a month and then it stopped working. I called the company and they had me send it back…
Wildgame Timberview Digital Game Camera
I have received these cameras as a birthday present, on 6-7-09. Spent 3-4 hours the first day trying to get them functioning properly and gave up. Tried a few days more during the week…nothing except a lot of flashes and no pictures on the SD card.
Covert II Trail Camera
I’ve got several different trail cameras now. I have a Stealth, a Remington Ghost, Moultrie 4.0, and the newest and best of the lot, the Covert II. The Covert II is a small, about 4″ X 6″ X 2 1/2″, IR camera.
