i have seen a mount like this but it had an arrow in the place where it shouldnt

Hey, nice butt! LOL. I've seen a picture of this in a book from Peter Fiduccia (Woods+Water TV). He hunts with that as a decoy ???????....... I don't know exactly how but he swears great success with it.
