very true indeed. deer guts are not the most enjoyable smell for your sniffer

well he is looking pretty happy, but it takes a strong person to cut open and rip somethings guts out! I'll stick to cooking deer and not have to see or smell the inards... yuck!

That's just another reason for stopping at the "trophy" photos and putting away the camera before getting down to the rest of the work. Job's gotta get done sometime.

But at least he's learning how it's done!

Nice deer. I've never really gutted a deer before. I don't mind blood or guts. I hope I get to try it soon,.... I know, I'm crazy.
